Where you can change your IP header. Although, I'll step back now, not because of that this isn't possible to do, but that there would be a conflict having two identical IP's on the internet.

Yeah stuff, I hope any hackers don't see your post or this entire internets is going to get hacked!


Read this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP_address_spoofing then understand that you cannot assign someone else's ip to your computer. Your ISP gives you a free IP. You cannot tell them what IP you have - the internet just does not work like this. Hooray for blind ignorance.
