Hi. I'm planning on making a clan, but I hear everywhere that you should try to get some people into the clan before making a topic about it. So, here's my question; what's the best way to get people into a clan without a topic?

EXACTLY. That clan is successful.

But then, most arent, because many other clans using account names are nothing compared to that clan page.
