if you make a city RP and you want a big space underground, that meens theres a big drop from the top of the road to the bottom of the map. What i want is a brick that only admins, super admins can plant, and can only be destoyed with destro wands. anyone can build on these bricks without trust. This is just so you can make big stuff underground (sewers etc) without having a big drop from the road to the bottom of the map

RTB trust level setting allows you to set "Building" to "No Trust", and yet keep "Destroying Bricks" to "Full Trust".
