Pre-Selected Bricks for Building Minigames/Allow Building Event

Imagine, you pick a class in a TDM named Engineer. You're allowed to build because you are one to due an event, and since you don't want engineer building a whole bunch of spammy crap, you pre select it for them to only use certain bricks! :D
