decals and faces i would prefer not to, as they are usualy ugly in my opinion, and arn't needed in any way
the prints, now that would be useful, and i would think possible as it's server -> client, rather than client -> server -> other client

No, because if you had to download all the faces and decals and prints from everyone in the server the load would be long. People already complain about it being long and adding this would just make it to long.
