Well, I wound up having to delete it using the 7-Zip File Manager.

Yeah, don't try this. It just put Explorer into a crashing loop, and now I can't delete the file because it crashes.

If you don't copy the code right, try to make more then 1 god mode, change the name, or move around the file, it could lock-up.

If you have 7-Zip, use the file manager to go to the desktop, then delete it.
Otherwise, I dunno how else to fix this.

It is kind of glitchy. It depends on your computer. I works fine on mine.
