"OVERVIEW

Walk the Line Between Good and Evil. Or Cross It.
What forges character? What shines at the heart of a Hero or hides in the mind of a Villain?

City of Heroes Going Rogue™, the first City of Heroes® expansion since the launch of City of Villains®, opens the mirror universe of Praetoria, whose bright utopian faÇade hides dark secrets. As you investigate this brave new world, searching for the truth behind Emperor Cole and his Praetorian guard, brutal foes and fierce allies emerge, turning this illusory paradise into an urban battlefield.

City of Heroes Going Rogue adds the Rogue and Vigilante game alignments, enabling you to explore the shades of gray that lie between Heroes and Villains. For the first time in any super-powered MMOG, your character's moral choices affect gameplay experience and determine your character's ultimate destiny."

Suppose to come out in July.  I use to play City of Heroes and City of Villains years back.  Good times.  Dont want to start playing again till I get a new computer, so I can get as much out of the game as I can.  Anyway browse through the site.

Lets talk

Bleh Played it and its stupid They nerfed it so much :P

Complete customization of characters.  Complete.  Its not like you get to pick out your race, and some clothes, you can tweak everything.  Body shape and size. Color too(Theres a huuuge set of colors.)  Then you customize their costume.  The first ones free, and I think you can have up to 4 outfits.  Youve got to complete missions and get your infamy up to pay for your other costumes, or sometimes if you complete a certain mission, you get it for free.  Thats how you pay for stuff, infamy.  I guess there kinda like quest points.  Theres a stuffload of power sets as well.  Theres another set of powers that everyone can choose from once they reach lvl 14 I think.  Alot of them are traveling powers, super speed, flying, teleporting, leaping (like 200 feet per leap), or invisibility, healing, leadership stuff, and others I dont remember. Then you can team up with friends, or ride solo if youd like.  When you get to level 10 I think, you can form an official alliance with a base and all that.  The worlds are huge as well.  Many different cities, with plenty of different enemies.
Thats how City of Heroes and City of Villains were like anyway.

Pretty much all MMORPGs go through it.  What else is so stupid about it
