I would like it if someone would make a throwing knife that could also be used like one you could stab with, looking kind of like the Modern Warfare 2 one, but you can stab like the Spy can attack in TF2. Anyone think they can make it?

stab with left click, throw with right?
would be useful, although make it a butter knife :D
