How do I host a server with zero players?

It's called a dedicated server, And to do it you run "dedicated.bat" in your blockland folder.

I probably should have mentioned that once it says "dedicated server is now running" the server is up.

This also won't start the actual game at all (But don't close the dedi window), Just run a server. You need to run the game normally and find it on the server list.
