I fret at the thought: Is it too late to get that pre-order stuff in tf2?

Alright, so I'm gearing up, ready to pre-order sam and max, the penal zone.  But suddenly, it appears the game has already been released. However, it says that if I purchase before april 26th, I get the free stuff. Can anyone confirm this or help me out about this?

The hat is the same as the gibus or bills hat like Xoax said. It's not special, it's just another hat.

I honestly only think the true craft-able hats are real hats. Everything else like the cheaters lament and bills hat and stuff are just lame.

Oh, shut up.  Valve isn't in the wrong for this, it's just a fun little thing for preordering a game.  Is there something wrong with preorder bonuses that don't affect the game for others?  Did you expect it to have different stats?  Now THAT would be dumb.
