Author Topic: A working helicopter and a hang glider with a propellor/jet on top  (Read 972 times)

what about it being a bot with a density of 0 so it floats in the air, and space adds 1-5 velocity like GSF's did, and the TBH, and heed's, and then shift to add -1--5 velocity to go down, and another key to set velocity to 0? that or press space to increase a velocity counter and shift to decrease, and the number the counter is the velocity up/down is?

another thing is what about a hang glider like the one bushido made, but with propulsion? it would be easier to fly then :D

bump, and updating title

working helicopter, YES. Jet pack, YES. We need a scripter!

Bind the controls like swimming. WASD for movement, Space for up, shift for down. Also, mouse can only spin horizontally.

Up and down is easy to do but the hover thing I am not sure about.

Is it possible to add velocity up and down simultaneously when it's not moving?
Or you click a key to toggle it?

Can't you bind a key to a cancel velocity function or something?

I say up and down would be enough, this would be awesome. Would you consider making this Heedicalking?

When the chopper is moving, it would tilt forward slightly :D

wouldn't a density of 0 do this? not sure :D
that or you would somehow have to edit it's gravity, not sure that can be done though
