Could someone put the blockland forums in-game?

Could someone make a mod somewhat like rtb that would let you download mods off of the blockland forums in-game?
Not rtb because those dont have most of the mods on the forums
Maybe incorporate it into rtb and make it show the forums for the blockland site and maybe a separate mod manager
