I hated that part of the tier tactical, the bullet would hit before the actual emitter bullet hit, which got really annoying.

Fun for the sharpshooter, but not for the infantry.

actually lol i noticed that the emitter would do minor damage too so its more trouble for the victim if they got hit by both.
