I remember reading somewhere that a woman sued McDonalds because she slipped in one of their restaurants. Someone had spilt a drink all over the floor. That someone happened to be her very own child. Such a fail mother.

It was a she I believe and she was suing for damages. The only thing he could sue for is $23 because all that happened was he lost $23. If he bought the game and it happened to have a gun in the box instead of a game and he shot his brother, then they would be looking at a $100,000+ law suit. I am sure if he brought it back and explained they would at least give him store credit.
