EDIT: I figured it out. Download with AwesomeRealPlayer, use Super to convert it to GIF, and then use the GIMP to size it down without killing animation

Okay, I made the change, but the quality is horrible. Is Super the best way? Or do you suggest something else?

load it in adobe premier, then use it to convert to gif?
