How do I get flash video directly to GIF animation?

I didn't make clear what I wanted in the previous topic, so I'm making a new one. I've tried online converters; didn't work. My personal one doesn't handle GIFs at all. And I can't import .flv videos into Flash, which is quite annoying.

I know there have been multiple avatars with Youtube snips in them

I have RealPlayer. It can download Youtube videos very quickly and has a built-in converter. The only problem is that it can't do complicated things like converting a FLV file to GIF. It doesn't even support GIF.
