they are not ment to be good asfasfsaasgasj

They're ment to be easy to customize, for kids.

And i'm pretty loving sure they do it.
There's a difference between quality cartoon looking avatars for kids, and stuff ass ugly looking cartoon avatars for fanboys. First one being non-existant and the latter being for the Wii.
You can have simple looking avatars without looking like garbage.

So, stormtroopers make the 360 avvies better?

Nice way to be stupid, bro.
Yes. Completely ignore the fact that 360 avatars are a higher level of detail (Mii's are literally just a few cylindrical pieces and some half-assed spheres) and the vast array of customization, and you are left with "Stormtroopers make everything better".
You can easily enjoy video games without avatars.
You cannot easily enjoy most modern video games without 3D graphics.
Good point, but regardless. They're just a feature that people have fun with. My girlfriend especially enjoyed creating her own avatar.
Second Life bro
Yeah but you can actually make money from secondlife, even though it's god-awful.

Something Nintendo failed at in its entirety.

LOEL MICROSOFT DOES EVERYTHING RIGHT LOEL.  I'm tired of seeing that garbage by you.  It was quite fun back when the wii was released, and can still be fun.  You just have your head up your ass too far to know that other companies than Microsoft can do something right.  Does the xbox allow you to create more than one avatar and save it for use in games?  Isn't it just tied to your account?  Yeah, each have their strengths and weaknesses.  Something I have yet to see is a system on which avatars/mii/whatever are more used than a few indie games or official games.  Another thing is an absolutely free way of making your avatar the way you want it without pouring money in to get it that way.  Avatars/miis not failing includes an easy way of getting them into a game, or having less restrictions of the use of them in games.  Rare/microsoft set some really bad restrictions for game devs when using an avatar in a game, I don't think they can be hurt in any way or talk.  I'll have to look up the exact restrictions, but the use of them is basically limited to Wii Sports style games.  If avatars were integrated into more games, it would be more worth it to pay money, probably.  Also not having to go through and create another character for another game would save lots of time, especially with all of the new stuff where you can change almost every aspect of a character's face now.   It would be nice to just start up a new game, press new game, select a few options and an avatar, and jump in.  So until that happens, both are basically the same for all I care.

Very detailed and very true.

To bad you have to spend money on preset models to do anything with the 360 avatars. With the Wii you just move around the facial features and you have an avatar. Also a reason to be proud of making that avatar.

I like  the xbox ones better for one reason. The rubber chicken with a pulley attached to it. Instant domination in my book.

You posted a paragraph about a comment I made about how stuffty the Mii's look, then completely fabricated and attacked another argument entirely, that had no relevance to what I said.

Nice job.

You don't need to spend any money whatsoever, there's a huge default catalog. I don't buy avatar stuff because that's just stupid, my avatar consists only of avatar awards and default clothing.

Exactly. I just play avatar games. Like when I was at my friend's house I downloaded my profile to his xbox so I could get a "Splosion Man" t-shirt. It's awesome.
