I know there have been many other topics, but now it available for Pre-purchase on Steam.
The game is extremely customizable. You create your own gang-thing. You make the characters, you make the cards, logos, etc. The game is fully online from what I understand. 100 players in one "action district", and 100,000 players in one world.
