i think someone should make a cell phone mod. its where if you have the mod, then you can send texts which are normal chat messages but only the  recipient can read(like in-game pm-ing). it could also "call" other mod owners which is like a private chat channel. some commands might be:
For those who do not have it:
/read text
/ignore text
For those who do have the mod:
/send text <name> <message>
/call <name>
/accept call
/ignore call
/read text
/ignore text
For Admins:
/set minutes <name> <amount>(-1 - 500)
/set texts <name> <amount>(-1 - 500)
/reset texts <name>
/reset minutes <name>
/global minutes <amount> (-1 - 500)
/global texts <amount> (-1 - 500)
RTB pref. (if possible)
maximum minutes
maximum texts
required admin (none-host)
a gui might be helpful as well.

Not everyone has IRC, but as I said the whisper mod works fine.

I only like this if it were in events. I've only dreamed about pressing a button on a fake Blocko Computer sending a text like Skype or sending an email to a certain other object. Like if there was an item one could hold, that event could send something to the item and whenever that blockhead checks his item the item will say if you have any messages. No /commands. Only events or items will do for me.

with this you dont need to be near the person to  do it

Idiot, you don't need to be near someone to see it, the point behind it is to talk to one person. Even if you aren't near them, you will still be able to see it. Just you, and the person you are "whispering" to.
