you could name it sthgil since it clears lights.

Lol it was failed because they didn't like the how the zip file's name was "lights" instead of the apparently standard "light".
Meh, I'll resubmit as "Light_Negitive" now.

It's called enforcing standards. If I let any random jackass submit any filename prefix then there's no way to organize them properly and everything's a mess. Put some thought into things before you dismiss them as pedantry.

Negative is better i suppose. ;)

It's basicly just a light without a bulb.

Okay, okay, I just always though that the add-ons list grouped add-ons with "lights_" and "light_" together in the "light" section.
But I'm not complaining.

Okay, so let me get this straight. If I make an anti-red light, and someone places a red brick, it will become a different color?

Thats my old avatar, thief. >:(
as it is somebody elses.
Not just his or yours.

How exactly do you suggest I go about achieving this request?
That was in response to the question about why these are needed. Instead of Destruct + normal lights to brighten small areas, it's also possible to have e.g. Construct/Normal lighting with then these to darken indoor areas/tunnels.

Mixed Feelings about this one. But I...

Sorry for double post, but do these negative lights take away the light around the brick?

cool lights that are DARK good for if your making a build on a day map and needs to be night you get a  :cookie:

I understand what theese are suppost to do, but i don't get how it's useful. If i want darkness in a build, I'm going to destruct, and hiding light bricks in the walls to light places up.

Thats silly.
If you want to have a build thats in the day time but with dark elements (like a cave) then this is what you need. Slapping a few lights around a build in destruct does not create a realistic day-time vibe. Just because you can't find a use for it doesn't make it useless, I happen to often need negative lights.

Agh, so these take away the color spicified?

Example: So any Anti-Red takes any red hues from the map.
