No, they actually take away color.
Making things darker then usually possible without map edits.

I understand what theese are suppost to do, but i don't get how it's useful. If i want darkness in a build, I'm going to destruct, and hiding light bricks in the walls to light places up.

Lol it was failed because they didn't like the how the zip file's name was "lights" instead of the apparently standard "light".
Meh, I'll resubmit as "Light_Negitive" now.

Suggestion: Could you turn the negative lights into different packs by color? That way people can get only the negative color they want.
