On topic - It's not a bad idea, but I think we should have two kinds of track-bricks. The first is just a straight line, and the second is a ninety-degree curve. Preferably they would be like the sound bricks in that you wrench them and there's a little scroll-down bar. You can select the speed, or whether it is a brake or not. Maybe speeds can be from somewhere between five blocks per second or twenty blocks per second. Although this is most likely impossible, it would be pretty cool.

Kinda like reinforcements.But I like reinforcements idea better.its more possible and likely to happen.I like yours too.but well.Some of it will need lots of work.
