Well, I couldn't say, I haven't bought anything from Valve.

Out of the 700 dollars, I'd say 150 was spent on making it look good and not on actual performance.

Not high end gaming buy source games would work fine.

I would consider looking at different computers if I were you. It seems awfully expensive for what you get.
