Update the portal gun

I was thinking that the portal gun that we have now could be alot better, and I think the portals should be able to be placed at angles. Projectiles should also go out of a portal at an angle too.

The actual function of them works fine when placed on slopes, it's just that the particle effect not being rotated right.
