If you're not a noob who uses Fawkes, Charon and Jericho are a good combo.

1. Get dogmeat and Jericho/Charon
2. Kill dogmeat
3. Get the other follower
4. Yay

Yao Guai Hunting
Facing Deathclaws with no Mininukes and/or no Fat Man
Very Hard Difficulty
Facing Raiders with only melee weapons
Getting sniped by Arkansas
Fire Ants
Going to the Alien Crash Site to find that the Alien Blaster is missing
Never finding the Firelance
Bad Karma
Super Mutant Behemoths
Tough ass Super Mutant Masters with miniguns
Reilly's Rangers trying to kill me
Spending 8 hours finding the switch to the armory door at the National Guard Depot
Talon Company Mercenary encounters
Glowing Ones
Repaired my power fist "The Shocker" with "Fisto!" before finding out that "Fisto!" was better
Low Charisma
49 Picklocking
Getting chased by multiple radscorpions
Finding the toy car part for the Dart Gun schematic
Steam Gauge Assemblies being too loving heavy
Fighting 26 Raiders AT THE SAME TIME
Forgetting to get Power Armor training
Fighting robotic enemies with no pulse weapons
Limited skill points
Raiders with missile launchers
Looking at the forgeted up guides on how to get the T51b Power Armor
Asking people in Tenpenny Tower if it's okay if ghouls can live with them
