Okay, you get shot, and then you are forced to move slower and loose health gradually, until either healed with a bandage or someone helps you up.  If someone helps you up without a bandage you'll continue to bleed, but you can stand up and move a little faster.

You could have two or three players with different speed I think. I don't think that you can have numbers that change in a blockhead.
