revenge mod thing or somthin i really dont know

i have no idea where or what to search this mod in <example : if your killed player and you kill him back it says (player) got revenge on (player) >:( and yes i take the damn time and effort all im asking is that i have asistance

Dead Ringer already has something to do that. Your way seems like it'd be really annoying. You'de need dominations and revenges, so that it's not an extra noise/chat line every time you kill a person.
