Again i say,
for the Rush and Van Halen songs, instrumentals aren't very good samples :v

You don't get to hear Geddy Lee's amazing voice in YYZ :c

Okay, when I think "Geddy Lee's Amazing..." the next string of words that usually comes to mind is "bass playing", and YYZ definitely has that.

All of Rush's songs have amazing bass lines. Use something like Which Hunt, Red Barchetta, or Spirit of the Radio :o

I just noticed you used Grooveshark.

Ultra win.

I'm going to work my way through the playlist.

Wait, Pink Floyd - Interstellar Overdrive? Excellent song but I really don't think it's their best, I'd suggest Wish You Were Here, Time, or The Trial/In The Flesh?/Another Brick In The Wall

Also what the stuff did you really put St. Anger on there, at least be fair and use Metallica's actual thrash work from Ride the Lightning or Kill 'Em All

Also We're Going To Be Friends is better than Seven Nation Army.

ALSO Wrathchild is definitely not as good as Phantom of the Opera

ALSOALSO Trust is not Megadeth's best song, I'd go with Symphony of Destruction, Hangar 18, Back In The Day, or Sweating Bullets.

ALSOOOOOOOOO You forgot JUDAS PRIEST and Joan Jett and Phil Collins and Gary Numan and Heart and Jackson Browne and Elton John and Billy Joel and KISS

I totally broke the guidelines from the first paragraph but I don't care, you really need to capture the essence of a band with one of their best songs to create fair judgement.

I nominate: System of a Down - Hypnotize.

Dammit, this isn't how this thread works. Yuki, see what happens when you break rules?

Honestly the song sample isn't for people who know the entire works of the band. It's for people who have never heard the band before to get a feel for the band, calm down.

Edit: poll will be added later.
