Does anyone know of a mod that overhauls the fallout 3 leveling to work like oblivions? Or at least somehow makes it so using a gun on a certain target increases your skill with that type of gun ( the reason I say this is that the Real time settler mod adds a training target that you shoot with the bb gun to increase small guns skill).
I've been looking for some time now and can't seem to find a mod that allows me to train to level up skills, help?
I'd like ot make a character that can use various weapons and such but it's hard when I have to invest points.
