I drink saltwater by the gallons

I'm pretty sure I don't, it may actually be my salt level being too high, because I drink a bit less than 8 glasses a day, and when I get these cravings, I usually drink a forget ton of water with them now that I think about it.

I'm glad I could be of any help.

I don't think it means anything if these cravings mean anything if it's just every once in awhile.

But if your always feeling hungry and thirsty, you may want to get your blood sugar tested. If you had Type 1 diabetes, your blood sugar would actually be extremely high because you cells can't use the sugar so it remands in your blood (until you urinate it).

I don't have sugar cravings, but sometimes I feel a very strong urge to consume large quantities of fruit juice.
Me too, and the "Dole" or "dairymen's fruit juice" work best

forget sugar, Go meat.

Chew on some sugar cane?

Just eat some sugar on a more regular basis?
