Author Topic: Intense Sugar Cravings  (Read 1502 times)

So, it seems I can go like 2 1/2 weeks without a sweet treat, and I especially don't eat dessert pizza, chocolate covered potato chips and that crap, but once in a while, I just have to eat every loving dessert  in the house, and I can never be satisfied till about 3 hours later when I'm tired.

Any way to calm down these cravings when they happen?

I don't have sugar cravings, but sometimes I feel a very strong urge to consume large quantities of fruit juice.

Once in a rare while, or when I haven't had any drink but water in like 4 weeks, I need some grape juice too.

No, I mean it isn't smart enough.

Find something even more handicapped as hell than stuff.

You are right.

Perhaps you have cravings due to a blood sugar problem or deficit? Your body is obviously trying to help you regulate some sort of sugar problem in your body.

Now tell me gentlemen, how can I stop these cravings for my tea sugar?

Hmm, possibly, but I don't think I have diabetes or any serious conditions which lower my blood sugar. I'll look into it.

I don't think it has to very serious for a craving to happen. It could simply be that you don't eat enough sugar in your normal day to day diet. Or perhaps your salt level is to high (be warned I don't think the body does this, but it seems like it could happen.) and you body is trying to re-balance itself.

You have diabetes?

I'm pretty sure I don't, it may actually be my salt level being too high, because I drink a bit less than 8 glasses a day, and when I get these cravings, I usually drink a forget ton of water with them now that I think about it.
