Mass Effect 2 digital deluxe edition question

So I'm playing ME2 and I recall that I bought the digital deluxe edition and I'm curious about how to access the extras promised me, including the extra weapons and making of videos and so forth, yes I have tried google, thank you in advance.

It's either a free DLC that you need to download via Cerberus Network (Main Menu) or in a in-game e-mail from the Illusive Man.

I tried the cerberus network thing but I only got the dlc that are free.
