I personally think we're better off with actual OPs looking after the IRC.

The Bot clogs up the ban list for typing habits.
A human OP has real ban reasons.

But me and Ephi already talked about this. He says he's moving onto RTB Connect shortly so he doesn't care about the IRC. If problems arise in these public chat rooms, he'd look for people to help watch over it.
