Tf2 got forgeted up (Solved)

Kay, so my Tf2 menu is forgeted up and everything is all #CharacterSetup and #StartPlaying
Whenever I try and open backpack it crashes

Any ideas?

did you get a mod that changes your tf_english.txt in tf\resource

I checked, it appears that one o0f the skins I installed did so, how would I get a new one, or would I jsut have to delete it and tf2 will restore it?

it'll take the one from the .gcfs
