Cuffing people would be useful for some RPs like jail rp, city rpgs, real roleplays, strange minigames or for admins
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Types of handcuffs:
Handcuffs:
When applied, player wont be able to open doors/do onactivate events, wont be able to use weapons and jets, hand animation would make the hands go backward and a handcuffs model will appear
Legcuffs:
When appied, player wont be able to run(would only walk slowly, like when holding C), wont be able to jet, to jump, and legcuffs model will appear on the player legs.
Both:
A single inventory item that combines both types of cuffs
Supercuffs:
Would totally immobilize a player, wont be able to move at all or do anything
Admincuffs:
Like supercuffs, but only admins can use them, player cannot Self Delete when using those cuffs, only admins can uncuff them.

Applying cuffs will be like using a medpack/medkit on a different person (only if he isn't moving)
To uncuff him, you could use a key, a lockpick, or just click/hold click button on him. (RTB Pref)
Keys could be included into cuff items to conserve inventory slots, and uncuffing would use right clicking on your/your team/any player (depending on a RTB Pref)

Dragging: it would be possible to drag/carry cuffed players by tapping left click on a player without holding any weapons(RTB Pref to choose if you can drag anyone in a mini,your cuffed player only,players from enemy only,no one at all etc..),it would be possible to put a player in a vehicle passenger slot[usually the third/fourth slot, the one without a weapon/cannon on it]

Ammo/Amount of cuffs:
It would be possible to use a rtb pref to choose how many cuffed players a single person can have, if you would lose the handcuffs after using them(and retrieve them after uncuffing someone), or unlimited handcuffs, limited amount of handcuffs etc..

SHORT DESCRIPTION
It doesn't need to be very complicated and detailed, could be just a cuff item that limits players from using weps,slows them down(by turning them into some playertype), and unlocked by using a key item/nothing in hand and would restore their original playertype. doesn't really need lot of types of cuffs and prefs
