I need a mod that allows only players with permission to build. Here's how I thought it could work...
Only players with a special serverside Server Trust (can be granted by host, admins, and super admins) can build a baseplate. The reason it is baseplate only is in the case of unfurnished hotels, etc. I will also have the Terrain Build rules so you must start with a baseplate.
I don't want the Build-Trust mod thing, as I don't want people building on my bricks. I also want admins to be able to grant it to people.
