3rd best, considering the PS3's carrot controllers are more effective and accurate than the Wii's outdated infrared and weight system.
Correct.
1st: Kinect. Cannot get any better motion than using your body itself.
2nd: Move. The PS3 is a powerful system, thus it can support a much better motion system. However, you're limited to two hands.
3rd: Wii. The left hand is rarely used, and when it does, it has weak motion. The right hand was terrible when it first came around, really only good for making any generic swing in various sports games, where it barely mattered how you swing. When the motion plus came around, motion became better, but still limited.
The only plus side to the Wii is the selection of games, this is because it came around long before Move and Kinect.
