To the people who are saying it would be hacky and/or not possible. You could make a simpler version where you just crouch to change into a vehicle. No animations. Maybe even have a scan script where you look at a vehicle type /scan and then when you transform it's that vehicle you transform into?

Not Hacky at all. Do it the Druid Player way, or OnCrouch play the anim for the transform. After that, just have the anim look like you're a car with the custom playertype, and you drive around.
