Most of the objects are transparent (guns, people, etc.) along with some terrain. You also see lights streaking in the third picture and in the second picture that explosion I'm fairly certain was supposed to be almost entirely blocked by terrain.

Probably a hardware problem.

The thing is I just played through Crysis last week and had no problems.

graphics card dying
my old 8600 GT did stuff like this when it was dying, though it did it in Killing Floor. in Crysis the game would randomly start to flash and colors would forget up.
