If you don't have Counter-Strike:Source then you should get it. Beyond that, Portal and there probably aren't many servers/addons that would use other textures except custom ones.

Of course there are other near useless Gmod addons, like Zeno Clash and Half Life: Source. DoD:Source isn't used all that often.

Half Life 2 Episode 1 & 2. Episode 2 especially, seeing as people use materials from it more than episode 1.
