Author Topic: Finding Vault 101 frequency in Fallout 3?  (Read 728 times)

I wanted to se Vault 101 after doing the campain, and picked up a signal named ''Vault 101 PA'' , or something.
But I couldn't hear a thing. I've checked the Fallout Wiki, where it says that you can be in Megaton to hear the call, but I don't. Now where do I need to go to hear the distress call?

After I completed the campain, I did Motership Zeta, Those!, The Big town thingy and the AntAgonizer thingy. I hope that isn't enough.

There are essentially two ways to keep the vault closed. One way is to ignore the problem. The downside to this is you will not receive any quest-related rewards.

    * Simply ignore the radio message. The signal will cease after a while and you will lose the opportunity to gain xp and the modified utility jumpsuit.
    * You can also just enter Vault 101 once, talk to some people and/or take items (such as opening the safe in your father's office) and then exit the vault. After leaving, you will be unable to reenter the vault as it has been locked again.

That's only if you choose to destroy the Vault.

Are you sure? I thought it was only the medicine bobblehead that you can get at the beginning of the game.
