Just so everyone knows, Quantum Entanglement never has, and never will, mean that we can transfer information simultaneously (Quantum teleportation is not instantaneous). It is IMPOSSIBLE to transfer information faster than the speed of light would allow (or at least with current technology, and likely any technology that will show up any time in the next several hundred years, if ever).
Also, quantum teleportation has only been claimed to work up to about 10 miles with a single PHOTON. Anything more that you hear is false.
The point is, quantum entanglement is only useful for three things, quantum teleportation, quantum computing, and learning more about the universe. Quantum teleportation likely is only going to be used for inanimate objects and can never go faster than the speed of light anyway, and quantum computing is still a long way off.
