This. My dad has only searched my computer like 2 times to check that I'm not looking at research. However after having a computer for a while you learn the tricks to avoid it.

This one time, I was going to do something for my mom on my computer, so she was standing right behind me. I closed Firefox, and my research folder was open and visible immediately as soon as the Firefox window closed. I closed it really fast but to this day I'm still not completely sure whether or not she saw it and realized what it was.

As for that assignment, good luck I guess. I'm part way through ninth grade and I've never had an assignment of that weight. God speed!
