Low res textures hurt my eyes after awhile. There's nothing wrong with high res, it's just the that creators don't know what there doing so they just copy and past some random images into the texture. I like higher res textures that sphave a similar theme to original, like this one:

If you want high definition texture packs, try this. The download is outdated, but you can look on the forums for it.
