Don't mean to bring in religion, but since God made people, they had kids, then they had kids, then they had kids, then they had kids, then they had kids, and on and on and on and on... eventually leading to us.. aren't we all related?

But god wasn't an actual "being" like Jesus. He's a "spiritual being".
