Its not a valid gamertag/account anymore Im pretty sure because of some of the inappropriate stuff posted. So either you put them and deserved to be banned or that someone really did hack your account. If it was hacked good luck getting it all settled and getting you account back. =)

I haven't been on Xbox live in months. how the forget would I be able to post stuff like that if I don't have internet at my house? (using laptop at a park)
