When I host from my laptop, basically everybody can connect to my server, but a select few get stuck at sending punch packets. What could the problem be?

Dunno. My laptop hosts fine.
In fact, it's better at hosting than my desktop.

Well the people that can connect have a good connection, it's just some people flat out can't connect for some reason. I've also tried having them Connect to IP.

That laptop might not have been port forwarded maybe?
I can host on my parents computer just fine. I port forwarded on that one. But when i host on this one some users cannot connect because i did not port forward.

The laptop is on the same network on my desktop, but I checked anyway and the port settings are exactly as I set them up on the desktop.

It's a problem on their end.
I don't know what causes It, but I have trouble with it myself.

Look at it this way:
If Nobody can connect to your server, then the problem is on your end.
but some people CAN connect, those who can't have a problem on their end.
Other than maybe check your ban list, I dont think there is much else you can do...

It's a problem on their end.
I doubt it has anything to do with
your
computer. If I'm wrong, I have no idea what the issue could be.
