Alright. I need a GPU for around $200-$250. I need something nice or that processor won't be fully utilized.

there's all the $200-300 GPU's on NewEgg. There's a 560 Ti for $250, that's a safe bet. the 6870 is only like $210 so that should be a good value too.

Both of them are good. I'd go with the 560 personally.

Good call. Not to mention, nVidia stays up to date with drivers, ATi tends to lag behind on them. :l
