The iPhone, so expensive that the jailbreak apps usually cost money.  That's exactly why I haven't jailbroken mine, I want emulators, but things like cydia are stuff, and I guess I have tetris, nba jam, and doom.

With Cydia, obviously yes, but on any device running Android with Market, you can get emulators and stuff that you would need to be normally jailbroken on iOS to get.

It's basically Apple controlling what's on the hardware you own.
