I like mine spiced, adds to the experience.

A breakfast place I know used to let you substitute sausages for one big bratwurst :D

You guys need to try the blood sausage, you can get it over English breakfast.
It's an ashy, dry sausage brewed in blood.
But it has an extraordinary taste.
